Salvatore Milano, is the chef of the Trattoria Da Gemma, he carefully studies and continues the legacy of the Mediterranean cuisine especially from the Amalfi coast. He constantly renews his menus and is always searching for the ultimate taste to make his work the very best. Although young in age, he has already obtained many high level professional references home and abroad: Hotel Caruso (Ravello), Lutezia’s (Paris), Hotel Palace (Gstaad - Switzerland), Hotel San Pietro, Hotel Le Sirenuse (Positano), the Accademia of the Beau Rivage Palace (Losanna - Switzerland), La Piazzetta restaurant of the Group  ‘Le Cirque’ (Santo Domingo),…
