As always, the restaurant here constantly aims for the best base quality ingredients.

Among these an important part is the fresh daily fish, which in our main hall can always be seen on display and cooked at will, according to the old cooking traditions. Our specialities are the typical dishes of the Mediterranean culture like: Zuppa di pesce (fish soup), I paccheri alla Genovese (type of pasta in Genovese style sauce), the delicate Fritture (Fried fish), the Carpaccio di tonno (thinly sliced raw tuna) and the Melanzane al cioccolato (eggplants served with chocolate), sweet with their unmistakable taste, of which its origins are lost back in time in the myth of the Divine Coast.

In our cellar we have some of the great regional and national wine excellencies, here you can taste refined evocative scented nectars.
